In the digital age even we lawyers make use of mod cons to keep up-to-date and at the peak of legal expertise. Just this week, for example, the Corporate Records Clerks at GreenWay Legal Centre participated in a webinar designed to bring them up to speed on new developments arising out of the BC Government's TILMA initiative to reduce barriers to trade among the western provinces. Recent changes make it far easier for BC companies to register extra-provincially to do business in Alberta, and to remain compliant with annual filings in both jurisdictions, the staff at GreenWay are now fully trained in these new procedures. Ongoing training - got to love it. |
