Expanded Services for Executors

GreenWay Legal Centre has long provided a full range of legal services related to estate planning and to the administration of estate, including the drafting of wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, nominations of committee and living wills.

We are frequently called upon to assist with the probate of estate or to advise executors concerning illegal challenges which they encounter, such as contested states and Wills Variation Act proceedings.
