Christopher Green, LL.B.
Christopher Green is a business lawyer with over 26 years
of experience in private practice in the Province of British
Columbia. A graduate of Queen's University at Kingston,
and Osgoode Hall Law School, Chris has had a wide and
varied professional experience, having acted as criminal
defence counsel, crown counsel, counsel for the Insurance
Corporation of BC, and as a barrister before every level of
court in the Province.
Much of his current practice is devoted to providing advice
to small businesses. He is a member of the Canadian Bar
Association, the BC Trial Lawyers Association and The
Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and is a regular
participant in continuinglegal education programmes, as well
as lecturing in business law to the Surrey Employment and
Entrepreneurial Development Programme, the Entrepreneur
Apprenticeship Programme, and the Youth Entrepreneurship
Programme.
He is the Past President of the Port Moody Foundation, and
is a former Parks Commissioner for the City of Port Moody.
Chris is the owner of Greenway Legal Centre, a store-front
legal clinic in Willowbrook Shopping Centre, Langley, BC. |

Anna Perry
Anna is a 1987 graduate of Dalhousie University Law School of Halifax, Nova Scotia. She is a native of Toronto, Ontario who migrated to the lower mainland of British Columbia in 1988 to article here and never left again.
Ms. Perry is a family lawyer, and prefers to work together with her clients towards a fair and comfortable outcome for all persons involved. Family law is a unique field of practice because it involves much more than monetary issues. Often, children¹s and adults long term future is determined by the outcome. Anna recognizes the need to tread carefully while maintaining a distance from the emotions that often encumber family law matters.
Ms. Perry is a former Deputy Registrar of the Land Title Office, a Chair of an administrative tribunal, and a former Registrar of the B.C. Police Complaint Commission and the Provincial Court. Wills, estates, contracts, employment law, real estate, mortgages, debt recovery and foreclosure are also part of Ms. Perry's practice.
Ms. Perry is involved with charitable works in her community, in support of children with learning disabilities and mental health issues. She is a marathon runner, soccer parent and fair weather gardener. |

Malini Dyonisius
Malini is originally from Sri Lanka, where she obtained her law degree and was called to the bar, practicing from 1979 to 1982 before emigrating to the U.K. She was admitted to practice as a solicitor (England and Wales), and worked as an assistant solicitor with the firm of Khambati & Co. (presently Sohal & Co.) before returning to Sri Lanka. The National Paper Corporation employed Malini as a legal advisor for five years until her appointment as a director of the Sri Lankan Legal Aid foundation, which functions under the Bar Association of Sri Lanka.
Malini immigrated to Canada in 1994, where she was called to the bar of British Columbia after a further two years of legal study at the University of British Columbia. After articling with Senator Mobina Jaffer, and 2 years spent as an associate with the firm of Dohm, Jaffer and Jeraj she eventually established her own practice, focusing on immigration and family law. She continues to maintain her independent practice, while assisting Greenway Legal Centre on a part time basis. |
